Questions about our services

Or call (02) 9188 9346, any time.

Which option should I choose?

If you would like your pet’s ashes at home, choose individual cremation. If you would rather your pet rest in a garden of remembrance, or need a lower-cost option, communal cremation may suit you. Our guide on choosing between them goes into more detail.

Can I combine in-home euthanasia with cremation?

Yes. After the vet’s visit we can take your pet into our care for individual or communal cremation, so there is nothing else to arrange.

Do you charge more at night or on weekends?

No. Collection is included at any hour, every day of the year.

Which areas do you cover?

We collect across Greater Sydney, from the Northern Beaches to the Sutherland Shire and out to Penrith and Camden. See all suburbs.
