Common questions
More answers in our guides.
How much does pet cremation cost?
Individual cremation starts at $260 for pets up to 10 kg and is priced by weight. Every price includes collection, an urn, a certificate, delivery of the ashes and GST. See all prices.
Can you collect my pet at night or on a weekend?
Yes. We collect 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and there is no extra charge for nights, weekends or public holidays.
How quickly can you come?
Usually within 1–2 hours of your call across most of Sydney. Collections on the Northern Beaches and in the Sutherland Shire can take a little longer depending on traffic. More about our service in Sydney.
What is the difference between individual and communal cremation?
With individual cremation your pet is cremated alone and the ashes come back to you. With communal cremation pets are cremated together and the ashes are scattered in a garden of remembrance, so no ashes are returned.
My pet has died at home. What should I do while I wait?
Lay your pet on a towel or blanket in a cool room, out of direct sun, and gently close their eyes if you can. Take as much time as you need to say goodbye. Our guide what to do when your pet dies at home covers the details.
Can you collect from my vet?
Yes. Let your vet know you have chosen us, or tell us which clinic it is, and we will arrange the collection with them.
